Passing through a prestigious stone arch decorated with refined bas-reliefs, one enters a charming property. An elegant staircase welcomes visitors, leading them towards “La Flora,” a stone statue created in 1882 that stands at the entrance of the garden. Inside the garden, enriched with fruit trees, the majestic stone façade of the palace comes into view, with three imposing entrances inviting guests to explore the interiors.
The Dimora Storica Palazzolo spans two levels, totaling approximately 360 square meters. On the ground floor, the ancient residence is arranged in large rooms adorned with original handmade cement tiles and characterized by beautiful barrel vaults. A graceful stone staircase leads to the first floor, which has never been altered over time and consists of spacious rooms with very high ceilings and unique historical details.
The Dimora Storica Palazzolo requires a significant conservative restoration effort, aimed at enhancing its valuable elements and restoring the residence to its former glory.
